The 2017 Eden Hall Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected rows in Block 3 and spent 18 months in French oak. It is crimson red in colour with mint and lead pencil on the nose followed by chewy dark fruits on the palate. A seamless wine of balance and structure. Enjoy now and beyond 2035.

Each year we make a Reserve Riesling from the very best parcel of fruit out of one of our four Riesling blocks. For the third year in a row Block 7 was the stand out. Pale straw with a floral nose dominated by jasmine and frangipani. Lemon from start to finish on the palate. An austere, classical Eden Valley Riesling. Drink now, but built to last.

The 2018 Eden Hall Block 4 Shiraz comes from selected rows in Block 4 and spent 18 months in French oak. A vibrant crimson purple with subtle white pepper over and elegant perfumed nose. A Christmas pudding of dark fruits followed by creamy tannins. A cracker now but built to last. Enjoy now and beyond 2036.
