Our winemaker Phil Lehmann has made our first Chardonnay from a carefully fostered single block of Eden Valley fruit of impeccable pedigree.
Pale golden yellow with a green hue, showing cut white peach over subtle spice of cloves and vanilla on the nose. An assertive middle palate of nectarine and grapefruit with a layered creamy elegance and a fresh citrus finish that lingers.
A Chardonnay of poise, immediately enticing, but with a view to the future.
