In the pursuit of excellence, the 2010 Eden Hall Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected rows in Block 3 and spent nearly three years in French oak followed by more than a year in bottle prior to release. As a result it is a complex full bodied wine that demands attention. The wine is deep purple-crimson and true to variety on the nose and the palate showing aromas of vanilla and a hint of capsicum and flavours of cassis and black cherries. It finishes with firm, rounded and lingering tannins. Enjoy now and beyond 2030.
