The 2009 Eden Hall Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, brilliant, youthful purple in colour with striking aromas of black fruits, hints of violets, black olives, grilled capsicum, washed earth, cedar and spice. The concentrated and multi-layered flavours centre on cassis, blackcurrants and dark chocolate. Finishing with long fine tannins and beautiful balance it will age and improve for at least a decade, but offers spectacular drinking pleasure right now.
