The 2003 Eden Hall Cabernet Sauvignon shows voluminous bouquet of leafiness violets, spicy French and American oak overlaying the richness of perfectly ripened fruit finishing with full flavour and abundant rounded tannins. A wine of power yet elegance with great rewarding potential.
