2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Eden Hall

2012 EDEN VALLEY

BLOCK 3 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The 2012 Eden Hall Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected rows in Block 3 and spent nearly two years in French oak followed by nearly a year in bottle prior to release. It is an opaque crimson in colour with a perfumed nose showing violets, vanilla and a hint of spice and capsicum.

On the palate there is perfectly ripe red fruit and cassis finishing with an expansive mouth-feel of lingering tannins. A beautifully integrated wine that keeps on giving. Enjoy now and beyond 2030.
